Rule 59

Arrangements for Secretariat and Recommendation of Promotion Committee

(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the work of the Secretariat of the Promotion Committee will be done by the Secretariat of the Legislature-Parliament for the promotion through the assessment of work capacity and the adjustment of the promotion through the evaluation of performance and experience.
(2) The promotion committee, while recommending the promotion and posting of gazetted employees, will make a recommendation based on the merit order, educational qualification and experience of the promotion.
